Return & Exchange
We have a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, an item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Items must also be in their original packaging.
To complete the return process, we need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send purchased items back to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds may be made:
* Items in any non-original condition, damaged or missing parts due to no fault of our own.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after dispatch
Refund:
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether the refund request has been processed or rejected.
If approved, your refund request will be processed and the credit will be automatically returned to your credit card or back to the original payment path within a few days.
Refunds past due or not received:
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some processing time for an official refund.
Next, please contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time.

We only exchange defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the returned item.
